<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic form applying an accounting model which makes the use of the electronic form as the accounting base, and is adaptable to various use conditions and is small in the load of the system, and to provide an electronic form providing system. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic form and its system are equipped with a use restriction information storage means for storing use restriction information, a use count number storage means for storing the number of use counts of the electronic form, a use detection means for detecting the use of the electronic form, a count addition means for adding the predetermined number of counts to the number of use counts whenever the use is detected, a verification means for verifying whether or not the number of use counts satisfies conditions of the use restriction information and a use restriction means for disabling the use of the electronic form when the number satisfies the conditions. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
