<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a wearing article from slipping down while worn by a user. <P>SOLUTION: The wearing article has the tying means 2 for connecting front and rear waist regions defining a waist opening in such a way as releasable from each other. The tying means 2 consists of an engagement fastener 6A disposed on a side of the rear waist region and a receiving fastener 6B disposed on a side of the front waist region.
