<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a VoIP transmission reception system capable of preventing the occurrence of intermission of a conversation during a speech, missing of the conversation, and a rapidly considerably distorted conversation in the case of the speech via an IP network. <P>SOLUTION: A transmission VoIP terminal 1 includes: a packet transmission section 3 for sequentially transmitting packets to an IP network 4; and a traffic detection section 7 for detecting traffic denoting a congestion state of the IP network 4 and determining the propriety of transmission, the packet transmission section 3 includes a packet transmission control section 9 for interleaving transmission packets at a prescribed interval on the basis of the determination by the traffic detection section 7, a reception VoIP terminal 5 includes a reception buffer 10 for receiving and storing the packets, and the reception buffer 10 includes: a packet transmission control section 11 for referencing header information of the packets; and a packet interpolation section 12 for interpolating the packets interleaved at the prescribed interval under the instruction of the packet transmission control section 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
