PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the rotor structure of an axial gap motor capable of enhancing perpendicularity between a holding member constituting a rotor and a rotary shaft. SOLUTION: In the rotor structure of an axial gap motor comprising a rotor 4 having a plurality of permanent magnets 1 provided in the circumferential direction on a disc-like holding member 2 coupled with a rotary shaft 3, and a stator S arranged oppositely to the rotor 4 along the central axis thereof, the rotary shaft 3 is provided with a disc-like rib 5 and the holding member 2 is bonded to the axial end face of the rib 5 thus coupling the holding member 2 with the rotary shaft 3.
