PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program guide display apparatus or the like capable of presenting only programs in matching with data congenial to a user to the user without the need for request the user to make complicated operations in a form of a program guide in an easy to see way by the user and reducing the possibility of overlooking programs by the user and congenial to the user. SOLUTION: A user preference entry means 41 acquires user preference data 22 and stores the data to a data storage means 11. A selection means 46 selects a plurality of program data whose broadcast time zones are not overlapped with each other on the basis of a program data list 24 and the user preference data 22 by traversing a plurality of broadcast stations. A display means 47 allows a prescribed display apparatus to display a plurality of programs belonging to a plurality of the broadcast stations along broadcast time zones as a program list of one column or one row on the basis of program data 33 of a plurality of the programs selected by the selection means 46.
