PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacitor mounting fixture capable of preventing rotation from occurring between a capacitor fixing board and a capacitor with the capacitor mounting fixture mounted and fixed easily and steadily. SOLUTION: The capacitor mounting fixture has a ring form rotatably placed on the capacitor body and having protrusions on its peripheral surface, terminal holes for the capacitor external terminals to pass through, a cover having an insertion section formed by cutting away a part of its open end and an accommodation section connecting to the insertion section, a slope formed on the external surface of the ring form or on the internal surface of the cover, a rotation control means for preventing rotation from occurring between the cover or the cover provided on the capacitor and the capacitor, and a mount for mounting the capacitor on the ring form or on the capacitor fixing board formed on the peripheral surface of the cover.
