PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively protect data stored in a nonvolatile memory from a third person. SOLUTION: A nonvolatile memory is operated by using a power supplied from a power supply device and a clock supplied from a clock supply device. When the supply of the power and the clock to the nonvolatile memory is changed for transition from the stop state to the supply state, an erasing part erases data in the nonvolatile memory.
