PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To backup a file without requiring complicated operation by a user, and to share the file among a plurality of computers. SOLUTION: A control server 10 refers to a real file information table and a real file generation information table in a DB20 based on file basic attribute information transmitted from a client PC12, and determines the conditions of download or upload related with a file, and returns the determination result to a client PC12.
