摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure without having little thermal influence on a pan bottom temperature sensor for detecting the pan bottom temperature, while securing high heat efficiency, in a gas cookstove formed into a structure without putting out a flame of a burner to an external part by forming a combustion inner chamber. SOLUTION: This gas cookstove is provided with a surrounding cylinder 3 for surrounding a combustion part 210 of the burner 21, and forms the combustion inner chamber 30 by arranging a plate-like trivet 1 in an upper opening part 31 of this surrounding cylinder 3. The trivet 1 has a central opening hole area 11 provided with an exhaust hole 111 for discharging combustion gas H from the combustion inner chamber 30, and an unopened hole area 12 positioned outside the combustion inner chamber 30 on the periphery of the opening hole area 11 and provided with a plurality of pan supporting projection parts 13 for supporting a pan. The pan bottom temperature sensor 6 is arranged in at least one inner part of the pan supporting projection parts 13. These pan supporting projection parts 13 are provided with an opening part 133 in a side wall part facing the trivet outer peripheral edge side, and are provided with an outside air taking-in part 331 capable of taking outside air in a bottom part.
