PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrogen gas discharge device capable of increasing hydrogen gas discharge performance. SOLUTION: This hydrogen gas discharge device is so formed that hydrogen gas generated in a hydrogen gas discharging device is discharged through a palladium cell 43 with hydrogen gas selective permeability. The hydrogen gas discharge device comprises a switching means A switching a deterioration recovering gas in a state for leading to the palladium cell 43 to recover the deterioration of the palladium cell 43 in the state of the hydrogen gas from the hydrogen gas discharging device stopped to be led to the palladium cell 43.
