PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a heat exchange base board without polluting ventilated air compared with a conventional method. SOLUTION: This manufacturing method of the heat exchange base board for fixing an interval member 3 to a heat exchange partition sheet 2 comprises a process of forming the partition sheet 2 by forming a synthetic resin 4 for heat exchange as a film on a separation sheet 5 surface, a process of ultrasonically welding these members by attaching the synthetic resin interval member 3 to the partition sheet 2, and a process of separating a separation sheet 5 from the partition sheet 2. Since the partition sheet for forming the synthetic resin for heat exchange as the film on the separation sheet surface and the synthetic resin interval member are ultrasonically welded and fixed, the interval member can be fixed to the heat exchange partition sheet without using a hot melt adhesive, and a chemical substance is not volatilized from the hot melt adhesive.
