PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a resin composition providing moisture-proof paper that has excellent moisture resistance and defibrability and is reacted recycled. SOLUTION: The resin composition comprises (A) 40-74.5 parts wt. of an amorphous polyolefin having 15,000-200,000 weight-average molecular weight (Mw), (B) 25-59.5 parts wt. of a tackifier and (C) 0.5-30 parts wt. of a high molecular weight amorphous polyolefin having 250,000-2,000,000 weight-average molecular weight.
