PRESS DIE EXCELLENT IN SHAPE FREEZABILITY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a press die with which the generation of galling on a product and a die is suppressed and defective shape freezing is reduced. SOLUTION: The generation of galling in the product and the die is reduced by reducing the friction of the product which is passed through the shoulder of the die by arranging freely rotatable roll 4 the diameter of which is 1 to 20 mm in the shoulder part of the die 1. Further, springback is reduced by inducing inverse bending effect of a material by separating the roll surface from the surface of the die 1 by not larger than thickness plus 3 mm.
