PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a waste disposal site, which is built in a nearshore water area, or the like, and has the effect of more reliably preventing leakage of contaminated water, and to provide a waste disposal method using the same. SOLUTION: In this structure of the waste disposal site, a side wall 1a and a bottom part 1b constitute a box form. In the internal space thereof, a plurality of sets of storing structures each provided with a waste storing part 3 are arranged while providing intervals on the internal side of an outer wall 9 as a partition seawall constructed in a sea area.
