PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bubble jetting device which is used for cleaning precision machinery components, or the like, by liquid containing bubbles and is capable of appropriately securing the flow velocity of the liquid containing bubbles while suppressing the turbulence of liquid flow. SOLUTION: A 1st pipe member 1 for transporting 1st liquid containing bubbles and a 2nd pipe member 2 which is installed as to surround the outer periphery of and concentrically with the 1st pipe member 1 for transporting 2nd liquid flow, are provided, and the flow velocity of the 1st liquid discharged from the 1st pipe member 1 is secured by the 2nd liquid flow discharged from the 2nd pipe member 2.
