PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pachinko game machine which enables the simple and quick recovery of game balls discharged onto ball trays in the inspection and maintenance. SOLUTION: The pachinko game machine PM is constituted of an outer frame 20 for fixing and holding, a front frame 30 mounted covering the open space of the outer frame, a game board 35 mounted equipped with a prize winning device on the front side of the front frame, a shooting handle 45 which shoots the game balls into a playing area PA on the front of the game board and ball tray devices 40 and 50 which store the game balls to be put out when the prize is won with the game balls in the playing area PA. With the front frame 30 mounted on the outer frame 20, the outer frame is provided with a frieze rail part 25 exposed ahead under the front frame 30. A mounting recessed part 26 is formed in the frieze rail part 25 and a ball discharge guide member 71 which can be moved to the discharge position that allows the receiving of the game balls discharged from the ball trays while getting them discharged to the rear side of the game machine through a discharge space and the closure position of closing the discharge space from the front side is mounted on the frieze rail part 25 at the position of the mounting recessed part 26.
