For this purpose it is necessary to introduce L-carnitine at the dosage of 20-30 mg/kg/d in three stages, coenzyme Q10 at the dosage of 30-60 mg/d once and limontar at the dosage of 10 mg/kg/d once during the first half of the day for 2 mo twice annually.
