PROGRAM FOR PREDICTING HEAT-RESISTANT PROTEIN, AND RECORDING MEDIUM THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program to be executed by a computer for discriminating whether protein has heat-resistant properties, by a simple method based on data such as the amino acid sequence or base sequence of the protein, which improves a conventional method for searching heat-resistant enzymes by trial and error, and to provide the recording medium of the program.

SOLUTION: The program is used to discriminate whether the protein to be inspected has heat-resistant properties and allows a computer to execute processing for discriminating the heat-resistant properties of the protein, by calculating an analysis value peculiar to the protein to be inspected by analyzing a main constituent based on the amino acid composition of the protein and comparing the analysis value with an analysis value in the protein corresponding to the protein to be inspected that heat-resistant living things have. The computer-readable recording medium records the program.
