<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conduct roll coating of the top end of a deformable sleeve container jacket without using any lubricant. <P>SOLUTION: The device 3 for roll coating of the top end of a deformable sleeve container jacket comprises a supporting surface 4 supporting a container jacket in a radius direction in the top end area and a hollow ring 5 in an adjacent position thereto and in the hollow ring 5 the bottom part is closed, while the top part is opened. The hollow ring 5 has substantially a half circle cross section surface, and comprises a plurality of concave pockets 9 in a peripheral direction in a transporting area 8 between the supporting surface 4 and the bottom surface, and a mount 10 for roll coating as a part of the surface of the original hollow ring 5 remains in spaces among the concave pockets 9. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
