<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data processor capable of simultaneously deleting a plurality of printing jobs on one screen and by a common operation without depending on an output destination of the plurality of printing jobs which become error states. <P>SOLUTION: In the data processor which outputs a predetermined printing job to a specified printer among a plurality of printers connected with a printing part or a network based on an instruction from an input part, a state of the outputted printing job is monitored, whether or not the printing job to be monitored is error is judged (ST13), when there is a plurality of printing jobs judged as the error, error information indicating states of output destinations and the error of the printing jobs is displayed on a display part so as to be switched for every printing job (ST23). Then, even when any of the error information is displayed on the display part, deletion of the plurality of printing jobs judged as the errors are simultaneously performed by accepting an operation of the input part (ST22). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
