MANUFACTURING DEVICE OF SEALING BODY FOR ORGANIC ELECTROLUMINESCENCE AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a very practical manufacturing device of a sealing body for organic electroluminescence and its manufacturing method which can improve productivity by cutting time required for a drying process of liquid drying agent and enabling an organic electroluminescence element to be provided inexpensively.

SOLUTION: A mounting table 6 on which the sealing body 1 for the organic electroluminescence for forming the organic luminescence element 25 by sealing a luminescence part 24 formed by forming films of an anode 21, a luminescence layer 22 and a cathode 23 one by one on a board 20 is provided in a chamber 5. An electromagnetic wave generation source 3 for radiating electromagnetic wave for heating to the liquid drying agent 2 coated inside of the sealing body 1 mounted on the mounting table 6 is equipped for the chamber 5. The liquid drying agent 2 coated inside of the sealing body 1 is dried by the electromagnetic wave from the electromagnetic wave generation source 3.
