SOLUTION: The information distribution apparatus can carry out distribution information in a way of streaming distribution in a form that a view charge being the utility charge per unit time changes with the number of users receiving the distribution and is configured to inquire of each user about whether or not viewing is continued by exhibiting a present amount of data.
