<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network camera auction system for thoroughly investigating the conditions of an article by using a network camera in order to enable a user to purchase the article without any anxiety, and to provide a service for making network auction more attractive. <P>SOLUTION: This network camera system is provided with a camera device, a server device and a plurality of terminal equipment.
