<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image transmission device which can effectively perform transmission of image data for a plurality of clients. <P>SOLUTION: A structure is provided with an image coding means which processes input image data by compressed coding, an image data memory means which memorizes compressed image data from the image coding means, a receiving means of an image transmission request which receives the image transmission request transmitted from a client, an image transmission means which transmits the compressed image data stored in the image data memory means based on the image transmission request from the client, and a control means which controls the respective means. The control means controls to perform processing of resizing the compressed image data stored in the image data memory means for a specified client, to create the resized image data, and to transmit the resized image data to the specified client. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
