PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an application processing system for reducing the labor of a user, and for providing marketing data showing the mental conditions of a customer by enabling a user to automatically prepare an application form on the basis of information entered by using an electronic pen.

SOLUTION: In an application processing system 100, a user entries information to a pamphlet 3 by using an electronic pen 10, and transmits entry information to a server 5. The server 5 specifies an application number to identify application by an entry person. Also, the server 5 extracts information entered in each item based on position coordinates on a dot pattern included in the entry information, and stores the item information in an application information DB 53 by associating it with the application number. Furthermore, the server 5 extracts necessary items necessary for preparing an application form from a necessary item DB 51 on the basis of the application classification, and extracts item information corresponding to the necessary items from an application information DB 53, and prepares an application form. The application form is confirmed by the user, and presented to an application subject, and the application processing is completed.
