<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent hard coat film that has a uniform thickness and transparent hard coat layer on at least one face of the transparent base film and shows excellent visibility with reduced interference fringes. <P>SOLUTION: A coating solution including resin components is applied on at least one face, dried, and hardened to form a transparent hard coat layer. In this case, the coating solution includes a solvent having a vapor pressure of less than 10 mmHg (13.3 hPa) at 25°C as a diluent solvent for the resin components and further includes a leveling agent in an amount of 0.01 to 0.5 pt.wt. per 100 pts.wt. of the resin components. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
