<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an epoch-making vacuum heat insulation material and a manufacturing method for a heat insulation body for providing action effect unavailable conventionally. <P>SOLUTION: In this manufacturing method for the plate-like vacuum heat insulation material constituted by an outer plate body 1 and an inner plate body 2 and provided with a vacuum layer 3 produced by vacuum heating treatment between both of them, a rising part 2a is provided in a peripheral fringe part of the inner plate body 2, a fitting recessed part 1a for fitting the rising part 2a is provided in a peripheral fringe part of the outer plate body 1, and the inner plate body 2 and the outer plate body 1 are overlapped to fit the rising part 2a into the fitting recessed part 1a. Brazing filler metal 9 is arranged in a fitting part 7 of the rising part 2a and the fitting recessed part 1a to apply vacuum heating treatment. A part between the outer plate body 1 and the inner plate body 2 is evacuated through the fitting part 7, and the fitting part 7 is blocked by molten brazing filler metal 9. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
