摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set a higher control target and improve system reliability by evaluating gains and risks involved in the execution of control in the same probability dimension. <P>SOLUTION: A control system includes a risk management control part 50, an input part 60, an execution system part 70, and an evaluation part 80. From results of control, the evaluation part 80 detects gains matching expected target characteristics and risks deviating from target characteristics. The detected gains and risks are processed in a probability dimension to create histograms of probability. For system reliability based on the probability dimension of gains and risks, the risk management control part 50 monitors risks and determines a cyclic growth process.
