PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speech transmission-reception system by which a non-mobile speech transmitter-receiver can make a reply to and a speech with an incoming call arrived in a mobile speech transmitter-receiver and transfer the call to another speech transmitter-receiver. SOLUTION: When a mobile phone 5A receives the arrival of an external call, the mobile phone 5A forms a wireless transmission path with a slave unit 4A to inform the slave unit 4A about the arrival of the call, and when the slave unit 4A responds to the call and the mobile phone 5A replies the call, the mobile phone 5A connects the call to the slave unit 4A via the wireless transmission path. Thereafter, the slave unit 4A holds the call and makes an extension speech with a slave unit 4B via an extension transmission line to inform the slave unit 4B about the transfer of the external line call. Then a master unit 2 connects an eternal speech to the slave unit 4B through the extension transmission line and the wireless transmission path by way of the mobile phone to complete the transfer operation.
