PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging lens whose aberration is satisfactorily corrected by a three-lens constitution though it is made small-sized. SOLUTION: In the imaging lens 1, an aperture diaphragm 11, a 1st meniscus lens 12 turning its convex surface to an object side and having positive refractive power, a 2nd lens 13 turning its concave surface to the object side and having negative refractive power, and a 3rd meniscus lens 14 turning its convex surface to the object side and having negative refractive power are arranged form the object side. The 1st lens 12, the 2nd lens 13 and the 3rd lens 14 are constituted so that all of them have an aspherical surface at least on either surface. When assuming that the focal distance of the entire system of the imaging lens 1 is (f), the focal distance of the 2nd lens 13 is f2, the focal distance of the 3rd lens 14 is f3 and space between the 1st lens 12 and the 2nd lens 13 is D2, the imaging lens 1 satisfies conditional expressions 0.5<¾f2/f¾<1.0, 0.8<¾f3/f¾<1.2 and 0.05<D2/f<0.4.
