PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an angle measuring instrument capable of measuring precisely a rotation angle around a horizontal direction of a measured object as an axis, by simple attaching, when measuring the angle. SOLUTION: This angle measuring instrument is constituted of a casing, a shaft body supported rotatably onto the casing, a plane mirror attached to the shaft body and rotated together with the shaft boy, a light projection part for emitting a laser beam toward the plane mirror, an f-θlens for converting an angle change of an incident beam of the laser beam reflected by the plane mirror into a positional change, and a detecting part comprising a photoreception part. The casing is suspended by fixing the shaft body onto the measured object in the measurement to detect a relative rotation angle between the casing and the shaft body. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
