PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cookstove for preventing the performance of ignition processing of burners, when touch switches are switched to a detecting state from an undetected state against the will of a user. SOLUTION: The touch switches 10 to 13 for detecting a contact object or an approaching object to an upper surface of a glass top plate, are arranged on the glass top plate for covering an upper surface of a cookstove body for storing the left burner and the right burner. A heating control means 31 switches to "an operation state " from " a standby state " when returned to an off state after an operation switch 10 switches to an on state from the off state. In " the operation state ", when returned to an off state after an ignition preparing switch 11a switches to an on state from the off state, and when returned to an off state after a heating power UP switch 13a switches to an on state from the off state, the heating control means 31 performs the ignition processing of the left burner.
