PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple building capable of carrying out construction work with high flexibility corresponding to various installation conditions without narrowing a space under the roof by satisfying predetermined strength in the simple building supporting a plurality of rafters having downward gradient by a girder. SOLUTION: In the simple building 1, a plurality of rafters 5a to 5d are arranged with the downward gradient, a supporting frame 7 has columns 15a and 15b and the girder 17, the girder 17 has a longitudinal direction size w longer than an interval size W between the rafter 5a located on one end side and the rafter 5d located on the other end side, a rafter fixture 9 is fixable to an optional position in the longitudinal direction of the girder 17 and is fixable to an optional position in the longitudinal direction of the rafter, the girder 17 is placeable so that a fixed position to each of the rafters 5a to 5d of each of the rafter fixtures 9 can be gradually deviated in the longitudinal direction of the rafter toward the rafter 5d located on the other end side from the rafter 5a located on one end side, and the columns 15a and 15b can be vertically erectable.
