PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circulation type conveying device capable of cleaning a conveying passage plate by washing it with water, placing an object to be conveyed at an optional position without difficulty and easily taking up the object to be conveyed from the conveying passage. SOLUTION: A drive chain 7 mounted with a plurality of second magnetic members MG2 is provided just below the conveying passage plate 2 such that it is water-tightly partitioned by the conveying passage plate 2 and circulated/moved. Therefore, even if the conveying passage plate 2 is washed with water, there is no fear of applying water to the second magnetic members MG2. Since the first magnetic members MG1 provided on a sheet body 5 are towed by the second magnetic members MG2, sushi dishes 3 can be placed at optional positions on the sheet body 5 and do not receive any resistance even when the sushi dishes are taken out from the sheet body 5.
