PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonhalogen flame retardant resin composition not detrimental to the environment or to human health, the composition after curing for instance as a printed wiring board adhesive being excellent in adhesion, in flame retardancy, in heat resistance, and in insulation reliability in the printed wiring board, and to provide an excellent metal-covered laminate for a flexible printed wiring board comprising the flame retardant resin composition.
