PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a solid powder cosmetic takeable favorably on small items including sponge and mat when to be used, light in spreadability, and also high in impact resistance owing to its moldability improvement. SOLUTION: The solid powder cosmetic is obtained by mixing a cosmetic base with an aqueous solvent followed by undergoing compressive molding on a dish-like vessel and then removing the aqueous solvent.
