PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the perpendicularity of a support long in its height direction and the straightness in its height direction of a guide rail in its whole range. SOLUTION: This unit comprises a support 5 long in its height direction standing on a base board 19 installed on a foundation 21, a guide rail 3 long in height direction installed along the support 5, a furnace 9, in which a preform 7 which is installed on the support part 45 built on the support 5, is capable of passing up and down along the furnace center Q1 and Q2, and an upper chuck 11 which supports the upper end of the preform 7 and a lower chuck 13 which supports the lower end of the preform 7 sandwiching the furnace 9, and is equipped with a correction means 25 of support leaning angle which corrects the leaning angle of the support 5, in the direction of back and forth and right and left, against the perpendicular line from the foundation 21, and a guide rail control means 29 which controls the straightness of the guide rail 3 in its whole range.
