PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small and light powder supply device for stably supplying a trace of powder. SOLUTION: A powder supply pipe having a powdered matter carrying passage inside and a vertical pipe axis consists an upper opening portion as a powdered matter inlet and a lower opening portion as a powdered matter outlet. On the outer periphery of the powdered matter supply pipe, a vibration generating means is mounted for generating rotating vibration in the powdered matter supply pipe to give rotating force to the powdered matter in the pipe so that the powdered matter in the powdered matter supply pipe flows out of the outlet while rotating.
