PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative plate which can alleviate or solve the problems of VOC and formaldehyde. SOLUTION: In the decorative plate, a decorative sheet is laminated on an adherend. (1) In a measurement method according to a small chamber method defined by JIS A1901, the total concentration of volatile organic compounds is 400μg/m<SP>3</SP>or below when the decorative plate is measured under conditions of temperature: 28±1.0°C, humidity: 50±5%, the number of times of ventilation: 0.5±0.05/h, and days of the passage of a diffusion test started immediately after the production: one day.
