PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a member mounting/removing device designed on the basis of a conventional device which is made smaller and simpler and capable of being used both for drawing-out and shrink fitting. SOLUTION: A ring 3 made of non-magnetic metal is secured to a shaft 1, and a coil 4 is fixed to a member 2 and then a dynamic magnetic field is generated from the coil 4, and the member 2 is removed from the shaft 1 with an induction repelling force acting between the ring 3 and the coil 4. This is also applicable to a shrink fitting of the member 2 on the shaft 1 only by exchanging the positions of the ring 3 and coil 4. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
