PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concealed sheet cutter capable of avoiding injury with its blade. SOLUTION: The concealed sheet cutter is equipped with a pair of pinching pieces 2 to hold a roll 4 of a concealed sheet 4a wound round, a casing 1 provided in a single piece with the pinching pieces and arranged parallel with the axis of the roll pinched by the pinching pieces, a holder 7 installed in the casing slidably, the blade 6 held by the holder, a spring member 16 to energize the holder in the direction of being intruded into the casing, an push-out member 10 slidable in the direction parallel with the blade inside the casing, and a cam part to move the holder in the direction perpendicular to the blade in association with the movement of the push-out member in the parallel direction, whereby at the normal time, the holder is positioned inside the casing through the action of the resilient force of the spring member and the blade held by the holder is placed in the casing, and the holder moves in association with the movement of the push-out member so as to expose the blade from the casing.
