PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for ozone pasteurizing treatment in water and sewage works. SOLUTION: The method includes a process for sucking in and discharging raw water to an ejector 6, regulating the pressure of the raw water flowing through the ejector 6 and the pressure of ozone from an ozone generator, exploding the raw water due to the cavitation by momentarily reaching the critical condition, thus repeatedly jetting into the ozone, and a process for discharging the ozone water produced by mixing the raw water therewith and capturing the ozone in the ejector 6 into a separate discharging section, and collecting the ozone not dissolved in the discharged water in a primary gas retention tank.
