PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and surely suture tissue under the condition of using an endoscope. SOLUTION: This surgical treatment tool includes: an operating part provided on one end of an insert part; and a treatment part extended from the other end of the insert part and provided with a gripping part. The operating part includes: a turning operation part for turning the treatment part; an opening and closing part for opening and closing the treatment part; and an angle changing operating part for changing the angle of extending the treatment part. The treatment part is turned around the axis of the treatment part according to the turning operation in the turning operation part, and the opening and closing operation of the gripping part is performed according to the opening and closing operation in the opening and closing part. This surgical treatment tool is provided with an angle changing means for changing the angle of the treatment part to the axis of the insert part according to the changing operation to the angle changing operation part.
