PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a premium exchange system capable of clarifying the flow of money by the handling of premiums among a game hall, a premium exchange office and a wholesaler. SOLUTION: The premium exchange system comprises: game hall terminals (20, 21) for managing premiums (100) to be supplied to a player corresponding to acquired discharge balls and corresponding to a prescribed money amount; premium exchange office terminals (30, 31) for managing the prescribed money amount of the premium acquired by the player, a first charge corresponding to the money amount and the money amount for which the first charge is subtracted from the prescribed money amount; and wholesaler terminals (40, 41) for managing the prescribed amount of the premium purchased from the premium exchange office, a second charge at the time of purchasing the premium from the premium exchange office and a third charge at the time of selling the premium to the game hall.
