The tire has a running strip profile divided by peripheral grooves, transverse grooves (7) and similar into profile positives, e.g. blocks, with protrusions (10) aligned with the periphery of the running surface and that partly cover a groove bounding the profile positive. The protrusions are triangular in cross-section and each offsets at least part of a breaking in edge (5a) of a profile block (5) and/or an edge of a positive in or approximately in the peripheral direction. Independent claims are also included for the following: (A) a chuck system with an inventive device (B) and a method of clamping an element with a draw-in nipple in a rapid clamping cylinder.
