FIELD: medicine, oncology, surgery, urology. ^ SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with operative treatment in patients with primary-multiple cancer at localization of independent tumors in bladder and prostate. One should perform cystectomy, prostatectomy with prostatic part of urethra, seminal vesicles and spermatic ducts. Before performing ectomies of the above-mentioned organs one should resect pubic symphysis followed by pelvoiliac lymphodissection. Operation should be finished by ureterosigmorectoanastomosis.
