<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quality responsibility management method, a quality responsibility management program, and a product management system for supporting quick addressing with respect to quality of a product or the like by clarifying a locus of responsibility with respect to a defective product on the basis of an analysis result. <P>SOLUTION: A management computer 21 records an initial failure report received from a sales officer terminal 10 in an initial failure report storing part 22. The management computer 21 records an analysis report received from an analysis officer terminal 11 in an analysis report storing part 23. A responsible section and a responsibility ratio are specified by using a responsibility judgement chart recorded in a responsibility judgement chart data storing part 25, and a responsibility ratio table recorded in a responsibility ratio judgement table data storing part 26. The management computer 21 sends an inquiry to a responsible section officer terminal 15.
