<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a commodity sales management method and commodity sales management program capable of selling commodities efficiently and appropriately. <P>SOLUTION: When desired data are received from a user terminal 10, a management computer 21 acquires user attribute information from a user data storage part 22 and acquires commodity attribute information from a commodity data storage part 24. A management computer 21 calculates first and second reference time on the basis of a data amount of display picture data, a user attribute, and a commodity attribute. When spent time is shorter than the second reference time, the management computer 21 transmits quiz picture data together with questionnaire picture data.
