<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the thermal effect on LED; to improve the light emission efficiency, and to down-size a lamp case. <P>SOLUTION: In lamp cases 23, 24 having a transparent part in the outer faces thereof, substrates 14, 15 on which a plurality of LEDs 16, 17, used as light sources, are mounted, and having LEDs 16, 17 mounted on substrates 14, 15, LED modules 12, 13 which connect bus bars 26, 27 on the substrates 14, 15 and the LEDs 16, 17 are accommodated. A voltage/current control part 20 for the LEDs 16, 17 is accommodated in a control box 18, installed outside the lamp cases 23, 24, which is equipped with a board 19 for controlling other electrical equipment.
