<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To firmly mount a mounting member to a take-up shaft impossibly to separate. <P>SOLUTION: In this webbing take-up device 10, by screwing screw member 28 with a torsion shaft 24, the torsion shaft 24 and a lock gear 36 are mounted to the spool 18 impossibly to separate. Thus, the torsion shaft 24 and the lock gear 36 are firmly mounted to the spool 18 impossibly to separate.
